Zack was alway great with keeping us in the loop and communicating what was going on he listened to exactly when we were hopping for and made it happen!

I think Surveys like this fail to provide the qualitative data needed to effectively judge the process and employees. Zack was great even when things got tough. There were more than few complications with my process due to some...well ...lets juat say particular sellers.... Zack navigated this professionally and effectively. In addition he was able to look at not just this deal, but my situation as a whole and work out things to optimize the situation for my best interests. Very good experience.

Zack Maurer is a professional. His knowledge, passion, attention to detail, and eticate is second to none. Although through processes such as a home closing , you are required sometimes to give news that may not be perfect, Zack did it perfectly . He was respectful, caring, and most importantly, honest. No matter the circumstance, he was on it. I felt comfort knowing, I had someone in my corner that not matter what, wanted me to be happy. He came to my closing. Drove an hour, on a week day, to take his time out of his schedule, just to be there with me. I'm more than pleased with my experience .
