Lindsay Ratterman is a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator with Northpointe Bank and has been in banking and lending since 2012. She loves helping people understand their options, think outside the box when needed, and make mortgage decisions that actually make sense for their life and their budget. For Lindsay, it's never just about getting to the closing table - it's about being someone her clients and real estate partners know they can call, even when the conversation or the loan gets complicated.

Over the years, Lindsay has been recognized as a Rising Star by the Mortgage Bankers Association of Louisville, a Northpointe Bank North Star Award recipient, and an Experience.com Top Performer for customer experience. But what she's most proud of is the business she's built through relationships, referrals, and simply taking really good care of people.

Louisville is home for Lindsay, and she loves being involved in the community where she lives and works. When she's not talking mortgages, she's usually with her husband, Josh, and their two kids, Amelia and Davis, out for a run, drinking an iced coffee, or attempting to balance all of the above at the same time.
