The process is always long & drawn out, I however, experienced real professionalism in working wt Dirk & his team. Dirk kept me informed of what documents I would need & where I could locate them. He worked along side of me filling out a very difficult form and that we had done it correctly. The whole process was completed in a timely manner.

this was my first time buying a home and I was very new to the entire world of banking language, loans and Mortgages. Dirk and his team were spectacular for us in closing on our house. They gave clearly communicated instructions and helpful input where it was needed, and explained what I didnt understand.
