David Allen was the indicated person to help me when I was purchasing my new home. He was very patient and proactive throughout the whole entire process. Anytime I had a question, he was there to answer my phone call instantly. I felt relieved knowing he was always nearby if I had any concerns. I recommend his work 1000%! I have worked with David several times now and he is consistently excellent to work with. He gives great advice, follows up regularly, and gets the job done. We just complete the purchase of a home and David was alongside us throughout the deal, even when the situation became a bit difficult. He even worked things out so that we could buy our home even though our current one has not yet sold. In the past, he has called me to suggest that it was a good time to refinance and his proactive guidance was very beneficial!

David is the best loan officer ive ever worked with. He is dilgent and trustworthy. He's attention to detail is why I keep coming back to him and refering him to my friends and co workers. Northpointe is lucky to have someone that is so in tune with the loan process. I always get email updates on the process and feel like someone is guiding me throught the confussing process of getting a loan.
