Chris Smith was such a pleasure to work with. His communication was great, and he explained each step of the home loan process as we moved through it. When little issues popped up, Chris went to bat for me. He was able to secure a great interest rate for me as well. Also, he moved through the closing process fast! I am so thrilled to be in my dream home and Chris was a huge part of purchasing it. (And I want to clarify that even though Chris and I share the same last name, we are in no way related. Smith is my married name and just happens to be a very common last name.)
