Jim and Sebastian were both extremely helpful and informative throughout the process of buying our first home. Videos were sent to explain each step of the process and to keep us updated. I’ve already recommended Northpointe to my coworker who plans on starting her first home buying journey!

Jim and Sebastian were both extremely helpful throughout the process and answered any questions we had. Timely responses and kept us updated throughout the process through videos of each step. I have already recommended Northpointe to a coworker because of how great our experience was! Even receiced received a very thoughtful gift delivered straight to our new home after closing. Amazing experience through an exciting but stressful time, and they helped tremendously.

My Wife and I were introduced to Jim and Sebastian on December 2nd and within 8 days they had us fully approved and ready to close. There weren't any promises made that were not delivered nor did they ever ask us to provide anything without a reason why they needed it. Absolutely would refer anyone to these guys!!
