Jim was very attentive and gave us clear and concise information. We did get discouraged when the same information was requested multiple times over. Being displaced during all of this we didn't always have the ability to always access the information that was needed after having it already sent previously. when the interest rate jumped within a few days of the closing disclosure being sent for review. To expect a set rate and have it jump .3% was a shock for sure and we wish a rate could have been locked sooner.

exnce was very great with Northpoint Bank. We had multiple homes that we had made offers on, and we had to switch and pull some audibles and then move onto some other items and they were always there to support. Sometimes we felt that they were requesting for documents that we've already provided multiple times, but at times it's easier to request for the document and try pulling it from my previous submittal. We really appreciate all your help.
