As a mortgage loan officer since 2005, Brett Foster's reputation in the industry is solid. From lowering house payments to helping clients buy their dream homes, Brett loves what he does, and it shows. He earned multiple awards for his work, but one of which he is most proud of is ranking in the top 500 nationally in the Scotsman Guide for multiple years.

Brett holds a BA from Kalamazoo College and an MBA from Walsh College. After spending fifteen years in the Kalamazoo/Portage area, he moved to East Grand Rapids in 2016. Brett's family consists of his wife Ashley, son Lane, daughter Grace, and labradoodle Scout. When he's not helping clients with home loans, he enjoys spending time with family, camping, skiing up north, and coaching youth football.

I had an overall good experience and I had been working with another company with sometimes better rates. When I talked about when when to lock rates and checked in about rate updates I got responsive and thoughtful answers from Brett, while the other person was very much wanting to lock in rates now and didn't seem to know their advertised rates went down... All of that made me much more confident moving forward with Brett.
