Very friendly and response quickly with any concerns

Margie is amazing and I say that after having had some serious growing pains together with another bank! We will follow Margie in the future to wherever she goes. She genuinely cares about her clients and we have been fortunate enough to be able to find her each time we needed her expertise. Jennifer was awesome too and kept us straight with requested documents and timelines. Thank you both so much! My previous comment/response to survey question about closing being rescheduled should be clarified. We weren't technically rescheduled but had a tentative date initially but had difficulty getting our clear to close. The initial underwriters were tough to deal with and I'm being charitable. Margie, Jennifer, Asia, and Rob made it all happen!
