Paul Munsie brings over three decades of experience to Northpointe Bank. Holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English (pre-law) from Eastern Nazarene College, he entered the mortgage business in 1994. Throughout his career, Paul has demonstrated a talent for leadership and mentorship, recruiting and training numerous highly successful loan officers. He served as Vice President of Sales for McCue Mortgage, Connecticut's largest mortgage lender. He later built the #4 office in the country for Irwin Mortgage, achieving significant success in an out-of-footprint market. He finds immense satisfaction in helping individuals achieve homeownership and assisting families with debt consolidation and financial well-being. With his extensive experience, Paul offers clients the confidence and expertise needed to navigate the complexities of the mortgage process.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Paul is deeply committed to community service. He co-founded Epic Missions Inc., a 501(c)3 organization that served the Treasure Coast for 14 years, where volunteers contributed over 340,000 hours of volunteerism to 64 local charities. He is also a member of the Vero Beach Business Association. In his personal life, Paul enjoys freshwater and saltwater fishing and is an accomplished tenor vocalist, having performed at various annual festivals across the country. He is married to Jackie, and they have four adult children and five grandchildren residing in Portland, ME, Illinois, Franklin, TN, and Vero Beach, FL.
