I can not speak highly enough about the quality of Service Matthew and his team provided me. I was searching for houses in multiple states, Matthew and his team had regularly meetings with me to help me understand how I could potential finance houses in different states. When I landed on moving to Austin we drilled down into the details and they were able to help me land the house of our dreams. Will always work with the team at Northepointe for all my future home and investment purchases. They get it. 12/10 stars.

Matthew did not listen to my wishes regarding the type of loan or the amount of the loan I emailed him about this several times and he ignored me I asked for a new agent twice and that was also ignored I would never work with Northpoint again and would never recommend him or them to anyone else This was overall a horrible process and I'm looking for forward to the day I can pay off the loan or refinance with a different bank
