This was my third VA loan with Ryan and his team, and there is a reason I keep coming back. This time we closed in less than three weeks, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Ryan and his team are always available, easy to reach, and quick to answer questions. You are not dealing with a big bank where it is impossible to get someone on the phone. What stands out most is how quickly they handle anything that comes up. Every issue was addressed right away, and everything stayed on track for closing. After dealing with delays from other lenders in the past, I would not trust anyone else with my mortgage. Ryan and his team make the process simple and stress free.

We have worked with Ryan several times. He is professional, attentive, and a bit of a wizard. He has been able to get us loans when other banks said no. Recently we went through the process with him to refinance a loan and were all the way near the end of the deal when our property sold.
