Known for his strategic leadership and hands-on approach, Chad takes pride in bringing new talent into the mortgage business, helping them build strong foundations of knowledge, ethics, and client service. At the same time, he works closely with experienced loan officers to expand their reach, refine their processes, and elevate their production, fostering lasting professional and personal growth.

A respected voice in the industry, Chad is the Past President of the Memphis Mortgage Bankers Association and currently serves on the Board of the Benevolent Fund for the Memphis Association of Realtors. His leadership extends beyond his organization, he is deeply committed to strengthening the mortgage community and advancing opportunities for professionals across the field.

Outside of work, Chad stays active in his community by coaching little league football and spending much of his time traveling to support his son's competitive baseball team. When he's not on the field or in the office, you'll likely find him outdoors, hunting in the fall, fishing when the weather's right, or spending summer weekends on the lake boating and riding jet skis with friends and family.
