After several years working as a sales assistant to the Director of Sales at Hilton Hotels, Courtney chose to step away from the workforce to focus on raising her family. She later returned to the workforce as a special education paraprofessional, where she spent the next 17 years supporting students while remaining available to her children.

This experience allowed her to build strong relationships within the community and reinforced her belief in the importance of trust, education, and service. Now that her children have graduated and are pursuing their own paths, she is eager to return to a sales-focused role.

She always enjoyed the communication and relationship-building aspects of sales, particularly the daily interactions with customers. As someone transitioning from education into mortgage lending, she will bring a unique ability to guide and support borrowers through what can often feel like an overwhelming process.
