How do I even start. Words can be very powerful, yet I am at a loss on which to use. Dawn started this two and a half year, 5 state Journey with us back in 2020. We had sold our home in Idaho, and planned on buying 40 acres in Montana to build our dream home. Then the world decided to blow up, and I mean disintegrate to levels never before seen in my life. Dawn, without hesitation took this voyage with my wife, Amy, and I, as we flip flopped threw this every changing environment, like an out of water fish struggling for air. Due to unforeseeable circumstances from family issues to, horrible and shady Realtors, and everything in between as we Jumped from Montana, to South Dakota, to Michigan, to Iowa and then Back to Michigan again, before finally settling in Tennessee. Our journey encompassed almost 3 years of our lives, and Dawn rode shotgun the entire way. We could have easily moved onto another lender, but due to Dawn’s fierce loyalty, dedication to our dream, un wavering support, and out right WoW factor, we finally found our true dream home. We lovingly tease Dawn about being my second wife after all this time, but when you find someone this special, you return that loyalty in kind, and don’t look back. Amy and I cannot thank Dawn enough for her supportive spirit through this ridiculous roller coaster, and with our entire hearts, thank her. They’re ins’t enough words for me to express our gratitude, so I will end with this. There are rare times in life when a complete stranger can professionally and emotionally help guide you along the path of life, and Dawn did just that, we are eternally grateful. You will not find a better Loan Officer, she brings smarts, Witt, and a deep knowledge of all the process to the table. There may be good to great Loan Officers out there, but there is only one Dawn Buckley.
