Ric took his time and explained all of the loan nuances , required documents , and what to expect in a clear easy to understand manner. He was always available to clear up any confusion and missunderstanding. It's clear that he loves what he does- helping people. Compared to my prior (horrendous) experience with another loan provider, he was the saving grace that made my purchase happen. Kudos to Ric, he's a great asset to your institution.

Ric Johnson made this entire process seamless from start to finish. He held our hand every step of the way and made us feel way more confident about our decision to purchase our first family home. His communication and attention to detail was incredible. He answered any, and every, question we had...and trust me, we had A LOT!! We literally would have been lost without him.
