Mr. Ferreira was very honest and upfront with my scenario. He didn't sugar coat anything. He was also readily available to ask any questions/concerns which I appreciated. He was very patient as well which you don't get with a lot of loan officers in this present time. Thank you for your hard work Mr. Ferrera!
