We are seeking a detail oriented, customer service minded individual to join our Correspondent Post Close Team as a Correspondent Loan Receiving Specialist in the Grand Rapids Office. This position is responsible for receiving closed loan files from correspondent clients. This includes retrieving the Fannie 3.2 documentation pdf files, uploading them to the LOS, completing data entry as well as receiving, reviewing and logging original Notes and Allonges. Training Specialist

This position is responsible for educating the mortgage staff on policies, processes, and systems. This role will work with end users and handle the policy and system updates and communicate these updates to the end user. The Training Specialist will develop and providing onboarding training for newly hired loan officers and sales support staff along with developing a mortgage 101 for entry level loan officers. This will include educating staff on policies, processes, and systems. The position will also include providing refresher courses as necessary, training on new rules and regulations as they develop, and fielding questions in regard to policy and software system.
