Together we’re here for you
Each of us face unprecedented times with the COVID-19 pandemic and its effect on our economy. Northpointe Bank is committed to the well-being and personal safety of Northpointe Bank’s customers, employees and the communities we serve. We are open for business and continue to work hard each day providing you essential banking and lending needs.
We are here for you, even as many of our team members are working remotely and face many of the same family needs and shelter in place challenges. Our customers continue to appreciate Northpointe’s online banking, iOS and Android mobile banking apps, and Home app mobile lending tools to conduct nearly all banking and home loan transactions.
To assist with residential loans in process, Northpointe Bank has implemented several steps to provide flexibility and accommodation to you, our customer. Regarding home property evaluations, beginning immediately certain loan programs may allow for an exterior-only inspection or desktop appraisal report. This provides alternatives in cases where customers or residential appraisers are not able to safely conduct an interior home inspection.
We have amended our income and employment verification procedures for flexibility with many employment closures. Northpointe Bank is working with its title company and settlement agent partners to provide ‘curb side closings’, and other alternatives to ensure your loan financing is not disrupted while many county recording offices throughout the country are closed.
In accordance with Federal Housing Finance Agency guidelines, Northpointe Bank is helping eligible home loan customers that have been financially impacted with payment forbearance, late charge waivers and suspension of credit reporting. If you have been negatively impacted financially by the COVID-19 pandemic, and are facing difficulties making your Northpointe Bank loan payment, please click here to request more information.
Northpointe Bank is delivering on its mission and its key value of being client-focused and treating others like a friend, neighbor and family member. Thank you for your business and please stay safe.
