Throughout his career, Mike has built a reputation for solving complex financing scenarios and delivering exceptional service. He has earned multiple Presidents Club awards and has consistently ranked among the top producing loan officers in the country. His expertise spans Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Construction, Renovation, Non QM, DSCR Investor Loans, Doctor Loans, First Time Homebuyer Programs, Down Payment Assistance Programs, HELOCs, and Portfolio Lending Solutions.

Serving clients throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont, Maine, and beyond, Mike works closely with first time homebuyers, move up buyers, real estate investors, self employed borrowers, and veterans. He is particularly known for his expertise in condo financing, non warrantable condominiums, investment property lending, and helping borrowers overcome challenging qualification situations.

Mike earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He remains actively involved in the real estate community through organizations including the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors (NCMAR), the Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM), and the Massachusetts Landlords Association. He regularly educates real estate professionals and consumers on mortgage programs, market trends, home financing strategies, investment property financing, and wealth building through real estate ownership.

Outside of the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, Anjum, and their two children, Riya and Mehdi. He enjoys fishing, hiking, snowboarding, cooking, home improvement projects, and spending time with family and friends.

Mike also proudly served his community for 14 years as an on call Firefighter EMT with the Townsend Fire Department.
