I thought that Amanda did an amazing job. She's very kind, personable, patient, and competent. My main frustration was finding the information she needed in my retirement accounts but she hung in there with us until we finally found what she was looking for. I would definitely refer friends to her and would ask for her services again. i feel that I need to apologize for my husband's impatience during the process which had more to do with our technological limitations than with services we received. I think Amanda's patience was this was exemplary. She answered any questions we had and tried her best to be sure we were satisfied.
