As a mortgage loan officer since 2005, Brett Foster's reputation in the industry is solid. From lowering house payments to helping clients buy their dream homes, Brett loves what he does, and it shows. He earned multiple awards for his work, but one of which he is most proud of is ranking in the top 500 nationally in the Scotsman Guide for multiple years.

Brett holds a BA from Kalamazoo College and an MBA from Walsh College. After spending fifteen years in the Kalamazoo/Portage area, he moved to East Grand Rapids in 2016. Brett's family consists of his wife Ashley, son Lane, daughter Grace, and labradoodle Scout. When he's not helping clients with home loans, he enjoys spending time with family, camping, skiing up north, and coaching youth football.

There was a great number of difficulties associated with my loan, and I had already be turned down by 3 other banks. When I first called Brett, he explained the process and said that he believed they could work with me. There was clear communication throughout, and he addressed each problem for me. He was great to work with and the closing was considerably quicker than I had expected.
