Brittney was amazing to work with and working with her was a 10/10 experience. However, working with the underwriter, the bank attorney, and other northpointe staff was tedious, tiresome, and overwhleming. Overall, I would reccomend Brittney to anyone looking to purchase a home. However, I wish the staff at Northpointe provided accurate information within a timely manner.

Brittney was amazing to work with. 10/10 experience. However, dealing with anyone else was tedious, and tiresome. The underwriter took 3 weeks to finalize things, and new information, or previous provider information was requested almost every single day through that time. Additionally, the final cost to close, including down payment, was not finalized until 2pm the day before a 9am closing. Then we came to find out that that amount was incorrect as someone on the bank's side had made an error. Luckily the cost to close was less than the original check. Overall Brittney was stellar and we would recommend her to anyone and everyone we know, but the overall experience with Northpointe was lack luster.
