We had a great experience working with Dirk throughout our home-buying process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to walk us through all of our options and answer our questions along the way. We really appreciated his willingness to work through different scenarios with us and make sure we understood the numbers before making decisions. Dirk was awesome, he responded anytime I texted him and was great to deal with. The construction person who provided us the final meeting with my contractor was not well versed on discussing questions and the their answeres were not accurate. The loan is closed and Dirk did great.

The process is always long & drawn out, I however, experienced real professionalism in working wt Dirk & his team. Dirk kept me informed of what documents I would need & where I could locate them. He worked along side of me filling out a very difficult form and that we had done it correctly. The whole process was completed in a timely manner.
