We've used Dustin multiple times and as always, it was such a great experience from start to finish. Great communication. The only issues that came up, that I don't think were a fault of Dustin's, is that we got informed of needing 1500 more than expected cash to close 2 days before closing. We also were told we wouldn't have our first payment until March, but found out during closing that it would be in February.
