Jimmy Waring has worked in the home lending industry for the past 33 years. He enjoys working with veterans, first-time homebuyers, those purchasing a second home, and seasoned investors. Jimmy was a Marketing major at Charleston Southern University. He was previously on the Alzheimer's board with ARK in Summerville as well as the board for the Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette Inc.

In his free time, Jimmy enjoys traveling to Maine, singing lead with his worship team at church, and playing disc golf. He even used to be a former golf professional. He also loves to spend time with his wife Lisa, their two children, and two dogs. A springer spaniel named Abby and a black lab named Ziva.
