The system to upload documents was easy to use; however, I always expected the "received notification" to state the subject of what was sent. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with during the document process. She acknowledged receiving "good" documents and advised if something was amiss. Thank goodness, not many. At the start Margie was easy to work with and she responded promptly. It was great teamwork!

Margie was stellar, Jennifer kept asking me to prove the same info, over and over. That was very upsetting .And I felt overwhelmed and like she didn't trust that I was being truthful. Very unnecessary to have a list of requirements for the same information. Your company's underwriting team was the reason I was given by Jen. Thank you for your time and consideration.
