Ric, was very open and honest. He was very knowledgeable about the busines. He was prompt and straightforward during the whole process in general. He let me know in a timely manner what was needed. He took on the task of having to work with 3 other lenders for DPA, which is tough within itself but he stayed on top of them the whole way, pushing to get this done. As long as you are able to get the requested documents that he ask of you quickly, and in timely manner the process will go smoothly and you'll be closing in no time. I would recommend Ric to anyone that's looking to buy a home. Thanks Ric! My new family.
