Ric is one of those people who can make you feel comfortable and trust the moment he speaks. I'm just glad he's using that power for good. Anyway, I don't think there was a question we had that he didn't have an answer for, and he made use feel confident in not only the process but also in ourselves, which would never have happened otherwise. As far as the administrative part of the process - hunting docs, e-signing, etc. - every road bump we encountered didn't have anything to do with Ric. He always made sure we knew exactly what was going on at Northpointe. Overall 10/10 experience.

Ric is awesome! Responds around the clock. the last minute underwriting and documentation requests didn't make sense Though. We had 48 days to close, I provided documents asap. It seemed the week before closing a bunch was requested that could have been requested earlier.
