Being able to work with his mother, an industry veteran, has been a dream come true. Richard had a unique path to South Florida. Richard's father, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, was stationed in Germany and Richard was born there. His family moved to South Florida when Richard was very young, so he is practically a lifelong resident. When not working, Richard enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially his wife and daughter, and fitting in a round of golf when he can.
