Inspection Checklist

1. Check shared work areas:
   • No Non-Public Information (NPI) left on printers/copiers
   • No Non-Public Information (NPI) visible on whiteboards
   • Shredder bins are locked
   • File Cabinets are locked
2. Check employee work spaces:
   • Non-Public Information (NPI) is secured and out of sight
   • Desks and overheads are locked if they contain information
   • Passwords or keys are not left in accessible location
   • Computer workstations or laptops are locked or shutdown
