This letter was sent to inform you that the servicing of your loan is being transferred from Northpointe Bank (Northpointe) to Rushmore Loan Management Services, LLC (Rushmore.) The transfer is effective on the date included in your letter. After your transfer date, Rushmore will service and collect payments on your loan. The terms of your loan are unaffected by a transfer of servicing – your loan amount, payment amount, interest rate all remain the same.
If your loan has a servicing transfer date of November 1, 2017, documentation from Rushmore will be mailed to you on or around November 10th, 2017. This date is an estimate; regulations allow the new servicing company up to 15 days after your transfer date to mail documentation.

Rushmore is still in the process of loading your loan to their system. They will have your loan information available within a few days.
If your payment was received before the transfer date included in your letter, the payment will be paid on your loan before it’s transferred. If your payment was received after the transfer date included in your letter, the payment will be sent overnight to Rushmore.
There is no need to worry about the payment being considered late if the payment was sent to Northpointe and forwarded to Rushmore. Under Federal Law, there is a 60 day period following your transfer date where a payment received by Northpointe cannot be considered past due by Rushmore and late fees cannot be imposed on the loan during that time.
Automatic payment information will not transfer over to Rushmore. Please contact Rushmore after your servicing transfer date to enroll in automatic payments. You do not need to contact Northpointe or your bank to cancel the automatic payment to Northpointe; this will automatically cancel once the loan transfers to Rushmore.
