Request deletion of your account and associated data

Use this page to request deletion of your account and any personal data we hold for you in the Northpointe Sales Summit app.

Complete the form below to pre-fill the email body, then click Submit Deletion Request (Prefill) to submit a deletion request.

We will use the information above only to verify and process your request.

What we'll do

After we receive your request and verify your identity, we will:

  • Delete your account from the app and remove personal data associated with that account.
  • Remove the account from backups.
  • Confirm by email when deletion is complete.

Verification & timing

To protect user accounts, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity (for example, a confirmation email from the address on the account). We aim to respond to deletion requests within 5 business days.
