When will my 1098 Form be mailed?
All 1098 forms will be mailed by January 31, 2020.

 

Can I get my 1098 Form online?
Yes, copies of your 1098 Form can be downloaded from the View Statements section within our Home Loan Portal. Click here to log-in or here to register as a new user.

 

My loan was transferred to/from Northpointe Bank and another servicing company in 2019. How will tax reporting information work in this scenario?
Each servicing company will mail a 1098 Form specific to the interest paid on the loan to that servicer. So if payments were made to two servicers during the calendar year, then two different 1098 forms will be sent for that loan, one from Northpointe Bank and one from the other servicer.

 

My loan was paid off in 2019. Will Northpointe Bank still send me a 1098 Form?
Yes, if interest was paid to us on the loan during the calendar year we will send a 1098 Form.

 

I moved during the year and changed my mailing address. How can I check where you sent the 1098 Form?
Undeliverable mail is returned back to Northpointe Bank. Copies of the 1098 Form can be obtained via our Home App portal by logging in here or click here to register as a new user.

 

I’m not listed on the loan but I file taxes jointly with the loan account holder. Can I contact you with questions or to request copies of the 1098 Form?
Only borrowers on the loan can request information on the loan, including 1098 Form questions or copies.

 

I think there is an error on my 1098 Form. What should I do?

When will my 1099-INT Form be mailed?
All 1099-INT forms will be mailed by January 31, 2020.

 

Can I get my 1099-INT Form online?
No, copies of your 1099-INT are not available within Online Banking.

 

My account was closed during 2019. Will Northpointe Bank still send me a 1099-INT Form?
Yes, a 1099-INT form will be mailed if $10.00 or more in interest was paid to you during the calendar year.

 

I moved during the year and changed my mailing address. How can I check where you sent the 1099-INT Form?
Undeliverable mail is returned back to Northpointe Bank. If you have not received your 1099-INT form by February 14th please call us at (888) 672-5626 or email us at support@northpointe.com .
