As a mortgage loan officer since 2005, Brett Foster's reputation in the industry is solid. From lowering house payments to helping clients buy their dream homes, Brett loves what he does, and it shows. He earned multiple awards for his work, but one of which he is most proud of is ranking in the top 500 nationally in the Scotsman Guide for multiple years.

Brett holds a BA from Kalamazoo College and an MBA from Walsh College. After spending fifteen years in the Kalamazoo/Portage area, he moved to East Grand Rapids in 2016. Brett's family consists of his wife Ashley, son Lane, daughter Grace, and labradoodle Scout. When he's not helping clients with home loans, he enjoys spending time with family, camping, skiing up north, and coaching youth football.

Just the right amount of communication - not too much, and not too little. Brett reached out when there were updates and when there was action needed on my part, and responded quickly. I've gone through the mortgage/ refinance process a few times and know it can be very tedious, but it felt very straight forward and manageable this time!
