As a mortgage loan officer since 2005, Brett Foster's reputation in the industry is solid. From lowering house payments to helping clients buy their dream homes, Brett loves what he does, and it shows. He earned multiple awards for his work, but one of which he is most proud of is ranking in the top 500 nationally in the Scotsman Guide for multiple years.

Brett holds a BA from Kalamazoo College and an MBA from Walsh College. After spending fifteen years in the Kalamazoo/Portage area, he moved to East Grand Rapids in 2016. Brett's family consists of his wife Ashley, son Lane, daughter Grace, and labradoodle Scout. When he's not helping clients with home loans, he enjoys spending time with family, camping, skiing up north, and coaching youth football.

We were recommended to reach out to Brett by friends of ours and had a fantastic experience working with him. He was very responsive and it was very helpful to check in about how the interest rates were doing over the course of several months waiting for a time when they dropped and it made sense for us to refinance. We had found with another lender and unwillingness to share what our interest rate would be without us submitting an application. So we very much appreciate Brett's openness, transparency and willingness to help us with tracking those easily. Brett and his team were great to work with. Communication was awesome and the process was flawless. We closed very quickly.
