James Capra has been working in banking for over 6 years, and in 2017 proudly funded over 30 million dollars in purchase volume. His favorite part of his job is building long term, trustful relationships, by advising borrowers and first-time home buyers of the different ways to structure sensible financing terms that allow them to have adequate reserves post-closing while meeting their monthly budget.
James is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University School of Business, where he received a BS in Financial Services Management. He is involved in the President’s Club 2014, 2015, and 2016, and was acknowledged as one of the top ten in volume out of 300 loan officer in 2017.
In his free time, James enjoys basketball, baseball, crossfit, and hiking with his dog, an American Staffordshire Terrier named Ruby who he proudly rescued as a puppy.
