Loan officer was very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. Loan officer was available at reasonable times and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Loan office was very adament about obtaining us the best interest rate possible despite fluctuating markets. This is the second time dealing with this loan office and both times the experience was great. Loan officer kept us up to date on the status of our loan processing at all times keeping us well informed during the whole process. I have already recommended John to our former real estate agent who will be using him in future transactions. Great job Northpointe Bank for hiring such a top notch professional. We worked with John before in 2020 to purchase our home in CO. When we decided to purchase our forever home in NC we wanted to see if John could help us again. As before he was available after hours and on weekends to answer all our questions and concerns. The only hiccup was the attorney found not all closing costs credits were used. This resulted in a delay of our closing. John apologized when it was pointed out from the attorney.

I have purchased a couple homes now and it was always such a pain with the loan and all the paperwork. I never really felt assured or secure through the previous purchases .
