Both times Joe was extremely helpful and willing to answer and walk me through any questions I had. He helped make the process as painful as possible. Joe is the one who reached out to me initially to refinance my mortgage. He noticed the rates starting to fall and contacted me to see if I was interested in refinancing. He was not pushy and seemed to be working in my best interest. A few times we were just about ready to finalize everything and he said to hold off, he thinks the rates will drop a bit more. I trusted him to hold off and I'm glad I did because I was able to get an even lower rate than what he initially quoted me.
