The system to upload documents was easy to use; however, I always expected the "received notification" to state the subject of what was sent.
Jennifer was a pleasure to work with during the document process. She acknowledged receiving "good" documents and advised if something was amiss. Thank goodness, not many.
At the start Margie was easy to work with and she responded promptly.
It was great teamwork!
