Michael conferred with the underwriter on the feasibility of a loan approval. He explained to me what I needed to do and I was delighted to hear he could get my loan approved. I never had to wonder about what was going on or next in the process as I was kept in the loop on everything! Michael is a great communicator, determined, very motivated, and ambitious.
