Ric took his time and explained all of the loan nuances , required documents , and what to expect in a clear easy to understand manner. He was always available to clear up any confusion and missunderstanding. It's clear that he loves what he does- helping people. Compared to my prior (horrendous) experience with another loan provider, he was the saving grace that made my purchase happen. Kudos to Ric, he's a great asset to your institution.

Ric Johnson made this entire process seamless from start to finish. He held our hand every step of the way and made us feel way more confident about our decision to purchase our first family home. His communication and attention to detail was incredible. He answered any, and every, question we had...and trust me, we had A LOT!! We literally would have been lost without him. We're so grateful for his knowledge and expertise. We learned so much from him throughout this process. Ric, was very open and honest. He was very knowledgeable about the busines. He was prompt and straightforward during the whole process in general. He let me know in a timely manner what was needed. He took on the task of having to work with 3 other lenders for DPA, which is tough within itself but he stayed on top of them the whole way, pushing to get this done. As long as you are able to get the requested documents that he ask of you quickly, and in timely manner the process will go smoothly and you'll be closing in no time. I would recommend Ric to anyone that's looking to buy a home. Thanks Ric! My new family.
