Sarah Bates's favorite part of being a loan officer is working with people. She loves getting to know people as individuals and making their family's dream a reality. Her ability to listen and truly understand each client's unique situation is one of her greatest strengths.

Sarah has worked in the home lending space since 2011, starting as a loan officer assistant and then being promoted quickly to loan officer. During her first year she was awarded Rookie of the Year for first quarter for application volume. In Sarah's spare time she enjoy watching her kids play softball and baseball. She also enjoys playing softball, reading, and weekend bonfires in the backyard.
