We’ve now worked with Thomas Tara on two home purchases. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always made us feel supported throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions we had (and we had a lot!), he was always readily available to provide clear, helpful answers.
What really sets Thomas apart is how much he genuinely cares. Even after the deals are done, he stays in touch—whether it’s to say hi or wish us a happy birthday. That kind of personal touch is rare and deeply appreciated. We’re so grateful for his guidance and support and wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Thomas Tara, Kristen Mehlenbacher and Team at Northpointe is absolutely phenomenal! they are extremely professional, knowledgeable and supportive.
