Northpointe Bank Rate Refresh offers reduced closing costs if you decide to refinance the loan used to purchase your primary home now.
- Offer is limited to borrowers who financed their primary home purchase with a Northpointe Bank loan and have a purchase closing date any time between December 1, 2022 and December 31, 2024 (the “Eligible Closing Period”).
- To qualify, borrowers must submit a completed loan application at least 120 days after the purchase closing date but no later than three years after the purchase closing date (“Eligible Application Period”).
- Rate Refresh is not a preapproval, prequalification, or guarantee that you will be approved in the future for a loan with a lower interest rate or more favorable terms.
- Even if interest rates fall, Northpointe Bank may not be able to approve a Rate Refresh if there is not a tangible net benefit to refinance as required by applicable laws and regulations.
- Rate Refresh can only be used to apply for a fixed or adjustable-rate conventional, conforming loan, or a FHA, VA, or Rural Development loan.
- The refinance loan must be on the same subject property as the original purchase loan.
