We love making things simple. We will be ready to close your SimpleLoan within 15 business days of a completed application or you’ll receive a $300.00 closing cost credit.
*For SimpleLoan eligible loan applications, Northpointe Bank will issue a Clear-to-Close status no later than 15 business days after the Completed Application Date. The Completed Application Date means the consumer has submitted a completed loan application and provided all documents listed on the Client Checklist on the
Program Details form. Appraiser must be granted timely access to appraise the property. If eligible loan applications do not receive a Clear-to-Close on or before 15 business days after the Completed Applicaon Date, Northpointe Bank will issue a lender credit for $300.00. The credit is only available if Northpointe Bank causes the delay. Eligibility is nullified if borrower requests to change the closing date, loan product, loan amount, rate, or term. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays. Limit one credit per loan application. Credit will be applied at time of closing and will appear on the Closing Disclosure.
