El Paso County Housing Authority Turnkey Program
Provides a competitive fixed-rate home loan with down payment assistance equal to 4% of the loan amount to qualifying low and moderate income homebuyer families throughout El Paso County, including the City of Colorado Springs.
Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA)
CHFA provides fixed-rate loans, CHFA Down Payment Assistance Grant and zero-percent second home loans for down payment assistance and/or closing cost assistance in the state of Colorado. CHFA’s varied program menu can help you save money up-front and throughout the life of your loan.
The Georgia Dream Homeownership Program provides first mortgage loans, down payment assistance and home buyer education to eligible home buyers. An eligible borrower must not have owned a home in the past three years, or must be purchasing a home in a targeted area. The borrower must meet income and purchase price limits, have limited assets, and must invest at least $1,000 into the purchase transaction.
Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA)
MSHDA provides financial and technical assistance in Michigan through public and private partnerships to create and preserve decent, affordable housing for low-and moderate-income residents and to engage in community economic development activities to revitalize urban and rural communities.
North Carolina Housing Finance Agency Program
The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency works with participating lenders throughout North Carolina to provide affordable home loan options for first-time and move-up buyers. NC Home Advantage mortgage offers down payment assistance up to 5% of the loan amount and offers a $15,000 special down payment assistance program.
South Carolina Housing
SC Housing offers competitive mortgage loans and down payment assistance (DPA) to help families and individuals become homeowners. SC Housing offers competitive, fixed rate mortgage loans combined with money to help cover down payment and closing costs.
Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSFHC)
WSHFC is dedicated to increasing housing access and affordability for the people of Washington. The Home Advantage program is designed for low and moderate-income households and is available to first time and repeat homebuyers. The WSHFC Advantage program offers downpayment assistant available up to 4% of the loan amount. Second mortgages and must be used in conjunction with a Home Advantage first mortgage.
