My name is Amber Fedders. I am Licensed Loan Officer and producing agent with Northpointe Bank. I have lived in Colorado since 2011 and have called Colorado Springs, Colorado my home and place for my wonderful husband and I to raise our 4 beautiful children. After my husband semi-retired from being a Professional Caddie, we moved from sea level in Bandon, Oregon to over a mile high in Colorado Springs, and couldn’t be happier. We fell in love quickly with what we consider God’s country, and are excited about living here. We enjoy the people, seasons, culture, and many outdoor activities available to us.

I wake up every new day looking to provide great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight, so that my clients make the best decisions possible. I am honest, sometimes telling clients things they might not want to hear, hardworking, and extremely knowledgeable about the lending industry, having worked with top Loan officers.

I know what it means to communicate and I know what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying experience positive and seamless. I have always had a passion for giving back.
