Brandy Duncan has worked in banking for over eight years, and became a licensed MLO in 2011. Her favorite part of the job is the solving problems and challenges as every loan is like a puzzle. She enjoys finding the best way all the pieces fit together so the barrower gets something more custom than a cookie cutter loan. She enjoys helping people achieve their dream of homeownership, especially in situations they thought it wasn’t possible. Brandy is always available for her customers, especially in the evening. She recognizes that most people can’t apply for a mortgage during the day while they work, so she is sure ot be available after hours and on weekends to provide her customers with the assistance and answers they need at any time.
In her free time, Brandy enjoys spending time with her family and two sons, and is a former dance teacher, where she worked in ballet, tap, and jazz. She also enjoys arts, such as painting, writing, and photography.
