Brian Riederer has worked in this industry since 1989 and has spent over 15 years as a loan officer. He has been involved in almost every area, including origination, operations, multi-branch and state oversight, as well as the wholesale side of the business. He has specialized in remodeling and new construction and works well with first-time homebuyers. Brian loves working with borrowers to achieve their homeownership goals and taking the time necessary to help them feel comfortable with the process and their decisions. After working in many aspects of this industry, Brian wanted to finish his career where he started by originating loans and working directly with borrowers, real estate agents, and builders.

Brian attended Oakland University where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Management and Political Science and has been a member of SNG since 2013. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife of 43 years and their two adult sons, who share the same birthday, two years apart. He also loves to spend time at his condo on the water in St. Ignace, MI.
