Being a successful home loan advisor isn't a job; it's a lifestyle for Jim Van Law. Ever since he wrote his first residential mortgage in the early nineties, he has worked when you need him, including nights, weekends, and sometimes holidays. Thirty years later, Jim is still here but brings decades of experience helping borrowers achieve the dream of homeownership.

That experience translates in many ways, but most importantly, it is not focused solely on securing a great rate but on finding the right home loan program that makes the most sense for his clients.

In addition to his professional resume, he is most proud to be the father to three beautiful daughters and "Papa" to three grandchildren. He has been married for 37 years to his amazing wife and is blessed to call Charleston, South Carolina home.
