Kyle Duke began his journey as a Loan Officer in October 2021 from his interest in real estate and his homebuying experience while in the Army and as an investor. Kyle has since diversified himself by becoming an expert in a wide variety of loan products to better help his clients by providing multiple options for any buying scenario to maximize their objectives.

Kyle was born in Boulder, Colorado, to a family with a long lineage of military service. He grew up mainly in Texas, completed high school in Alabama, finished his undergraduate at the University of South Alabama, and completed further education at the University of Florida. Kyle enlisted in the United States Army in 2010. He was commissioned as an Army officer in 2015, where he began his active-duty service stationing primarily at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, home of the 101st Airborne Division. Upon completing Army Ranger School and many other military schools, he was responsible for an Infantry Rifle Platoon in the 101st Airborne Division. Kyle then deployed to Kabul, Afghanistan, conducting combat operations with his platoon, where he was awarded the Bronze Star. Upon redeployment, Kyle continued his active-duty service as an officer serving with distinction in several other positions until early-2022, after the American withdrawal from Afghanistan.

In his free time, Kyle loves to spend time with his wife, Lauren Duke, two sons, Noah and Leo, and newborn daughter, Lilah. His family lives in Tampa, Florida, and they focus on slowing things down now that they are in civilian life. Kyle, Lauren, and the kids frequent Disney World and Universal Studios and are always on the lookout for the next popcorn bucket. Kyle loves a good food truck, an active lifestyle, and giving back to his community through veteran and church outreach programs.
