Rosa Verduzco comes to Northpointe Bank with over 20 years of lending and banking experience. She loves to help first-time homebuyers overcome obstacles in purchasing a home by giving them a plan to save or find the right down payment assistance program. Her favorite part of the job is being able to help clients and give them a positive experience with a plan to achieve homeownership through responsible lending and programs. Rosa is a delightful, patient, and understanding person to work with, and you will always find her with a smile on her face.

Rosa earned her Associate's degree from San Joaquin Delta College. She is a board member of the National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates (NHORA) and participates in local community events to educate the Hispanic community. She currently holds the title of Secretary of the NHORA, the Valley Chapter.

In her free time, Rosa enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years, their four children, and their family dog. She enjoys watching and supporting her children's sports and helping however she can. She has even been coaching Cheer for eight years with a local pop warner Football/Cheer team called Central Saints. She loves giving back and being a positive role model for future leaders. When not involved with sports, Rosa likes to relax with friends or dive into a good book.
